Yoga Class
We have a Yoga Studio located inside building 5326, located across the hall from the Post Office. The Yoga instructor Jessa Kinnick from Red Tree Yoga will be providing yoga, breath work, meditation, workshops and specialty classes every week!

Purchase your class at Shocklee Fitness Center before class starts and give yourself plenty of time to travel to the Yoga Studio to start class on time. Jessa Kinnick has a significant background in Yoga and is excited to provide this service to Dugway Proving Ground.
